If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. For any damaged or defective products, please consult our guarantee.
For items purchased on www.sportrack.com, please read the following information:
- Returns and refunds are only accepted from items purchased via www.sportrack.com.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new condition, with the packing slip, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
- Free shipping: SportRack will provide a pre-paid UPS label for all returns.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- Your credit card will be credited for the invoice price. Your credit will appear after SportRack has received and processed your return through our return procedure.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process your returned package(s) upon arrival and an additional 5-10 business day for the credit to appear on your card.
- Cargo boxes, keys, locks and spare parts are not eligible for our return guarantee. If you have any additional questions, please contact us directly.
